The boat quickly turned, and we managed to track the whale, although it was challenging as it stayed submerged for more than five minutes at a time. This whale turned out to be #318, which we had seen about half a month ago. Its unique dorsal fin made it recognizable, even though we didn’t get a clear view of its tail.

After spending some time observing whale #318, we decided it was time to head back. But before we could return, we were delighted by the appearance of some dolphins, adding another layer of excitement to our trip. The dolphins’ playful antics provided a perfect end to our Father’s Day adventure.
