Danielle Brown has been working with the Marine Mammal Stranding Center as a Field Stranding Technician since 2013. She has also worked as an Associate Researcher with Gotham Whale, and her research on humpback whales in NY and NJ was recently published in Marine Mammal Science. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stockton University, and a Master of Science degree from George Mason University. She is currently at Rutgers working towards her PhD in Ecology and Evolution, and will be continuing her research on marine mammals in NY and NJ. We are thrilled to have her on every trip at Jersey Shore whale watch!
