Cancellation & Weather Policy

We understand that plans can change and weather conditions are unpredictable at sea. Please review our cancellation and weather policy below so you know exactly what to expect when booking your whale watching tour.

Guest Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure to be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can assist you.

Weather & Sea Conditions

Whale watching takes place on the open ocean, and safety is always our top priority.

• Tours operate rain or shine.

• Light rain, clouds, or cool temperatures do not usually result in cancellation.

• Tours may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:

  • High winds

  • Rough seas

  • Fog

  • Unsafe marine conditions

The captain makes the final decision regarding weather and sea safety.

If We Cancel Your Trip

If your tour is canceled by us due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered one of the following options:

• A full refund, or

• The option to reschedule for another available date

Whale Sighting Guarantee

While whales are wild animals and sightings can never be guaranteed, we do everything possible to maximize your experience.

• Routes are planned daily based on recent sightings and marine activity

• If no whales are seen on your trip, we may offer a return trip voucher, subject to availability and season rules

(Details of the Whale Sighting Guarantee may vary by season.)

Arrival & Boarding Policy

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure

• Late arrivals may miss the tour and are not eligible for a refund

• Boarding closes promptly at departure time
