All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. Schedules, routes, and sightings are not guaranteed and may change without notice for safety or operational reasons.
Passengers must follow all crew instructions while on board. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Whale watching involves inherent maritime risks, including weather, sea conditions, and vessel movement. By participating, guests assume all risks associated with the activity.
Bill McKim’s Jersey Shore Whale Watch Tour is not responsible for personal injury, loss of personal items, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues. In such cases, guests may be offered a reschedule or refund.
If no whale is sighted during a whale watch tour, guests may be eligible for a complimentary return trip, subject to availability and a $20 processing fee.
Complimentary return trips are not valid for dolphin-only tours or group bookings. After October 15, return trips are rescheduled for the following spring season.
